• Prosecco con crostino di fegato d’anatra e marmellata di cachi •
torchon of foie gras, persimmon chutney, crostini

• Crema di corallo e aragosta •
lobster bisque, grilled slipper lobster tail and basil oil
wine: Fiano, Mandrarossa, Sicilia

• Ravioli di funghi al burro di pomodoro e tartufo nero •
freshly made ravioli filled with seasonal wild mushrooms, sautéed in a light winter black truffle and tomato butter sauce
wine: Merlot, Conti Brandolini d’ Adda “Vistorta”, Grave del Friuli

• Merluzzo al forno con stufato di patate •
baked Alaskan black cod, scalloped potato, parsnip gratin, pomegranate syrup

Melograno will be hosting a Wine Maker's Dinner with Maurizio Zanella of Ca' del Bosco on Thursday, October 30th, 2008. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to meet face-to-face with a world renowned winemaker. Special Mother's Day Menu at Melograno

The Culinary theme for Melograno is derived from Chef Alberto Lazzarino’s region of Piedmont. In the world of Italian food, the most sophisticated and flavorful cuisine comes from Northern Italy. Piedmont's direct proximity to France throughout the centuries lent an elaborate approach to its cuisine accented by truffles and complimented by the wines of the region.

Celebrate Earth Day at Melograno on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008!


On Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008, come celebrate Earth Day at Melograno. Chef Alberto Lazzarino has prepared a special Tasting Menu using the freshest locally grown seasonal organic produce, wild caught fish and naturally fed, free range game. The dishes are paired by our Sommelier Giuseppe Cusso with wines made by eco-friendly wineries that practice sustainable and/or biodynamic farming.
